For 12 years, we have been choosing exclusively the best quality fruit for you. Deep freezing of the fruit takes place in the tunnels, and after deep freezing, the fruit stabilizes in the chambers, from where it goes for further processing.
The quality of processing and the safety of fruit is one of the most important elements in our business, so that only in our factory, which has got an IFS certificate, we pack the products intended for human use.
Owing to the good cooperation with business partners in the surrounding area, we are able to externally process deep-frozen products and aseptic purée which are intended for further industrial production.
One of the most important products is raspberry. Raspberries from our area are of exceptional quality due to the specific area in which it is grown, at an altitude of 350 m and up to 1100 m in the mountains. The picking of raspberries lasts from the beginning of June until the beginning of August, the sunniest part of the year, which contributes to the amount of the sugar quality and quantity.
Blackberry is, together with raspberries, the most widespread fruit in our region. Blackberry reaches full ripeness in August. The most common varieties in our region are Čačanka” and “Thornefree”.
In our region, plums are grown since 19th century. There are many domestic varieties in Serbia, but in our region the most commonly cultivated variety is Stanley. There is a wide application of plums, but we would like to emphasize that it is used for traditional Serbian drink called RAKIJA (fruit brandy).
Orchards from which we source cherries are located within 50km from our production site. Oblacinska variety is the only sour cherry in our region. “Oblačinska”

The type of fruit that, in addition to raspberries and blackberries, is the most commonly grown among Arilje’s fruit trees. The most commonly used varieties are “Idared ” and “Granny Smith”.
